ok heres my issue/s....just got my car back together everything is hooked up 100% fine i am 100%sure of tht had my local shop guy take a look. my issue is when i go to start the car the starter kicks out but isnt able to kick the flywheel. i have a 1990 eclipse fwd. so thinking the starter wasnt at it fullest power installed a brand new one and ended up with the same issue. so decided to try and pull start it( buddy pulled it around the block while i tried to jump it)... the issue was when rolling and clutch all the way in i was unable to get into any gear. so tried to put it into gearat a stop and pull from there and all she did was grind w.e gear it was in tried every gear even reverse. the clutch is brand new same with the pressure plate and flywheel. the block is pretty fresh as well ran fine over last summer just did a different build setup over winter. the crank turns but u can hear it kinda click while tryin to turn the flywheel. everything has been installed correctly by a shop transmission wise everytthing else by me...turbos and frontmounts and piping and exhaust isnt hard to swap and im sure none of that will have anything to do with me issue/s here so does anyone have any ideas sorry for the long post but trying to give everyone info to the fullest. thanks
also idk if the trannys/clutch/flyhweels are any different between the 1g years but my car is a 1990 fwd i know the flywheel is different but is there a possiblility i have a awd flywheel and its smaller and cant catch the starter?
