Transmission fluid

Is my tranny fluid supposed to look like this? I'm pretty sure the last person put 75 90 Gear oil in it. That's what it smell like anyways.

The fluid on its own? Not likely.

I guess the synchro then? I knowy shift bushing is pretty much gone at the transmission.

Yeah it's only third. Do you know where I could get a synchro for third?

It's a 97 gst transmission BTW.
