Transmission fluid change

Hi everybody!
So far I've recieved a lot of help of this forum so I would be grateful for little more
I was suggested to change my transmission fluid/I don't know it is some kind of oil or something/
However I have 97 Gs-T autotranny and wand to do the change as soon as it is possible.
Fisrtly I have no idea what to buy and from where- I buy Mobil 1 for my engine so if Mobil make something for transmissions would be great.
Anyway I have no idea neither of types or anything about it.
Also I've heard that there is some filter to change there
How long does it take the change to be made...
well everything that can enlight me about this ...
