Transmission-block bolts

I can get 10.9 grade bolts for cheap/free at work.

Has anyone used non-oem bolts to mate the tranny to the block without any problems?

Is there something wrong with your stock hardware?

Nope, I just misplaced 3 of the 5 bolts, I know 2 of them are being used to hold the engine on a stand.

I'm running home depot racing hardware to hold my transmission to my engine..

Well in that case, the 10.9 grade hardware is a good choice for you. Unless you want to spend $25+ at JNZ Tuning or the stealership to buy the new ones!
