Transistor Pack???? Help Fast!!!!!

I was just looking at another thread and it said the transistor would work on a 95 so that couldnt be my problem.
Heres is whats going on with my car.

My friend had an extra transistor pack that came of a 91 model and we put it on my 95 eclipse gst, and it seemed like it fixed the problem. Then we found out that I had a blown turbo. Then i got me a new turbo and installed it, and it helped even more. I then tried to drive and and it seems like it looses power when you step on the gas, and it seems like its skipping or something and not wanting to run.

Then my friend was thinking that the previous owner i got the car from hooked up the lines for the wastegate and the boost controler up wrong. Im pretty sure that i got that fixed now.

I then was told to try a boost leak test. So i did a boost leak test and i found two leaks and i fixed them. I listened for more leaks but i couldnt hear anymore.
So yesterday i tried to drive the car again and it still was giving me the same problem.

What could be wrong??????

Well, hopefully we helped you out with this problem in your other thread about the same topic.

For future boost leaks, get a spray bottle, add a few drops of soap in it, then fill with water. Now when you do a boost leak test, spray the area you're testing and watch for bubbles. A lot of leaks aren't audible and the bubbles will help you find them visually.

ok. the car is not fast like it should be. His timing belt is loose and I think the timing could have jumped a little. My brother timing was off by 4 teeth because his timing plate was on backwards and his car was barely faster than a lawnmower. LOL. my brother couldnt even get the his car to a high rpm. Now on bluedevils__11's car it acts like it will not go above 5,500 rpms. Almost like a misfire but its not. I know vacuum leaks have problems with getting above 4500 rpms. so maybe some of the vacuum lines are wrong also. Also I would like to take into consideration that bluedevils__11's grandpa put the recharger cables on the battery backwards and messed up the transistor. We replace it with one that I had from a 91. It fix the problem, but is a 91 transistor compatible with a 1995? Also could his ecu be damaged from the recharger cables on backwards?
