I was changing the transmission and transfer case one day and after draining the both of them i filled the transmission up it was fine. But when i tried to take the drain plug off the transfer case i stripped it. I ended up having to weld a wrench onto the plug to get it loose. I have searched every parts store around here. Does anybody have any suggestions? The pitch and thread or is it a dealer only part?

I would get it at the dealership. That type of bolt will be hard to get size wise and with the right flange on it or the crush washer.

I think you should buy it at the dealer. I have been searching online and nothing is coming up. If you do find one outside the dealership make sure it has a magnetic end. Good luck!
