does anyone know where i could find the tranny mount? Im trying to find a polyurethane kit for it, and no such luck. After i gave up, i tried to find the stock rubber type, and nothing. So does anyone know where to get one, except from the dealer? Im trying to install my new shep trans and i want to do it right.

I think Prothane is the only place that makes one. Energy suspension makes inserts for the front and rear roller stop mounts, but not the side mounts.

The prothane kit covers all four mounts for 1g's. Only the front mounts uses inserts that slide into the stock rubber.
The rear, tranny, and timing belt side mounts are a soild 2 piece that replace the stock rubber and sleeves.

This is the kit your looking for.

I have the kit already but, im looking for the one on the trans itself. The car has 147,000 miles and it was all original, even the clutch.

You lookin for the actual mount itself? mmmm best bet would be to visit a junk yard. You can find them on here every now and then, but they rarely show up. Maybe you can find someone parting out/junking a car and get it from them.

Last alternative would be to call up the dealership and pay the piper . . .

im sure that i want a new one. I plan on really beating this car up racing, but also i also want it somewhat reliable. I know there are some sites that have some OEM parts like MachV.com but thats all i know. Also, NewEagleParts.com you order parts straight from the dealership but w/ a huge discount, but i cant find the part itself.

Am I missing something here? If your looking for the tranny mount replacement then yes you already have it. Burn the old rubber, cut the metal sleeve out and press the new poly bushings in.
Are you thinking of the shifter cable bracket bushings?
