Trans making wierd noise Help!!

I was checking if my ps pump was leaking because my new alternator has oil all over it and cant figure if out where it is coming from when i noticed that the trans was makeing a horrible noise when i would accelerate and then let off the throttle, it sounds like something is loose in the transmission. Any thoughts on what it could be? Can it be something with the clutch or the pressure plate?

if i sounds like a damn quarter has dropped in the transmission then me n u had the same problem...what to do is rev the engine then press on the clutch if the noise goes away its your transmission..i just bought a rebuilt transmission because mines was crazy loud..now everything is fine
