I'm using redline mt-90, it seems to work just fine.

+10 on Redline MT-90 - it's what I use. Leave the BG Syncroshift junk alone...

Are trans need GL4 gear oils its yellow metel friendy , saying it will not caues wear to the trans synkros. Most places carry only GL5 . Napa has GL4 gear oil. red line mt90 is a synthetic GL4 bace oil.

Redline mt90. I used it for the first time and wow it is amazing. Highly recommended .
