Contact Tim @ TMZ Performance, he will help you choose the right clutch setup and needed hardware. Depending on our setup and power goals, you will have to make a decision. If you will drive the car on the street, then my choice would be a Kevlar sprung disk. I would leave stock flywheel, just resurface it to proper specs. ACT flywheels are a good choice too. SS-Series pressure plate may have enough clamping force for your goals.

South bend ss pressure plate and kelvar sprung disc with street lite flywheel. I did it all in one punch while I had it out. OEM slave, master, fork, and bearing. Fell in love

OEM throw out bearing. do not use anything else. I used an ACT throw out bearing, didnt last 2000 miles on a 2600b pressure plate. I run an ACT 2600lb pressure plate, and 6 puck sprung disk. fidanza Al flywheel also. made 400 hp on it, and my local performance shop (maperformance) is recommending stick with it when i shoot for 600whp this spring. (any more power and ill have to go twin disk.)

i planned on using the oem throw out, i have read up alot... i was just wondering what other things i can upgrade while its out..i was looking at the xtd stage 4 clutch...and can anyone tell me the difference between a sprung and an un sprung disk? i have read it and i just cant seem to understand it...and whats a good fluid to run?
