Tranny fluid leaking :(

I have a 99 gs oz with 5spd and put it up on the ramps tonight to change the oil and found some oil on the bottom of the tranny. I figure it must be tranny fluid because I have found it getting harder to shift the car. Is there anyway to fix the leak without ripping out the engine and tranny ? I figure the seals are going bad. Its got 90k miles on it. If it is out what all should I replace on the tranny and how much should I be looking to pay on labor and parts? Thanks

I have the same thing wrong with my 90 laser 5speed. Any help for the both of us would be good?
