i noticed today that the whole bottom side of my tranny was leaking i found that it was coming from the axle?? not sure if thats the correct term for it. is their some sort of seal or ring that might have gone bad what would cause this to leak, and is this a major problem? i just had the tranny rebuilt and just got it back on the road and the clutch was slipping a little bit? not sure if the leak had anything to do with that or not please help!!

That would be the outer axle seal on the trans... dealer part. Pick up two, one for each side. Where did you get it rebuilt, and who put the car back together?

I doubt your clutch has any fluid on it... I would hope that you replaced it when you had the trans rebuilt. What kind is it and have you let it break in yet?

My ACT 2100 slips a little when it is cold. Once it warms up a bit it hooks and books.
