Tranny fit a vr-4? need help

hey guys I need to know if this tranny would fit a vr-4, some say since it's a redtop won't work. It came out of a gvr-4 from what I know here's a description of the engine, redtop, ECI multi turbo Intake, small16g turbo, yellow top injectors, and the ECU that came with it is a dual board, could you just use a different transfer case to make it work? I have a guy with a vr-4 right now that says he wants it and I don't want to screw anybody over, thanks guys.

the engine you are describing came out the jdm galant vr4 RS, its the same as the 3000 we recieved but it came with 250 stock h/p a 16g and 525 injectors and a cyclone intake mani and eprom ecu,trans is the same as us models.. if that trans is the 2wd 4wd switchable its work about $1000 in good condition.

ok so everything will work on gvr-4 then right? final drive ratios are the same? if not, can I just put a usdm transfer case on the tranny and it would work? need to sell this tranny somehow but I need to know exactly what it will fit.

I just talked to shep racing and they said I would need to change the disc gear ratios, whatever those are, for 300 and it would fit a usdm, how much would it cost for me to do this and how would I do it?

can this tranny fit a fwd?
