tranny computer help

I was wondering what the differences are between a TCU and a TCM? I'm loking to get my replaced on a NT 1G. I was having problems with the tranny, so I'm getting it replaced along with the computer but I need to know the part numbers are as well. So, If anyone knows what computer to get, where, and how much that would be great. I've been looking for a couple days now and I can't find the answer. thanks

check with ecmtogo.com got mine done there w/ a warranty! free testing of your tcm or tcu I believe they are the same thing trans control module or trans control unit. Not sure if you want that it is around 200 could probably hit up a junkyard for cheaper but I opted for #1. Hope it helps!
