TPS wont go over 89% under WOT

The throttle cable is adjusted on the back of the intake manifold.

The TPS is adjusted by losening its retaining bolts, and then rotating it.

Check the throttle cable first.

if throttle cable is good, adjust TPS

probably a lot of threads on adjusting the TPS, or check service manual, its the puck looking thing, i used my logger to set it, i get 99.8% throttle floored, and 10.1 at closed, which i have been told many times over, that on a pocketlogger around 10% is good, and besides, i was a jerk and tried not to listen and set the TPS below the 10% on the logger and i'd get a CEL for TPS. :p
