I bought a new TB that was rebuild and it wasnt touching at all when i got it so i set it so it cracked the plate open just a hair. Ill try the 15/16 of a turn out but would that cause the car the rev to 4000 when i first start and if i touch the gas peddle at all. Thank u Steve u have been TONS of help.
