I was wondering if anybody had a picture of the timing marks on the cam gears when the motor is at TDC because my cam gears have 2 marks on each of them I dont know why but they do so I dont know which marks it should be lined up with.

Well it would if I only had one marks on each gear but I have 2 on each gear so I dont know which marks to line up. Thanks for trying to help.

are they stock gears? if so, turn them around, your looking at the wrong side. the side with 2 marks on each gears is the 2.4L side

If memory serves, I had this same question a while back and it turns out thatthe dowel on the intake cam should be at 6 o'clock, and the exhaust dowel at 12 o'clock.

Each camshaft has a hole in it. Timed correctly, they will both be pointed straight upwards.
