Timing jumped, are the valves bent?

My timing belt jumped for the third time last night. This time oil got on the belt from a dipstick popping out. I was wondering what the chances are the vlaves got bent? Can I tell if I pull the valve cover? Someone told me you could tell if you find your rockers loose.

the best way to tell would do a compresion test you can borow one from auto zone
