Timing Issues please help

Hey guys im back LOL and I have yet another problem my timing iw whacky as hell!!! Plus I have no knock on wide open pull but when im just cruising areound I get a ton of knock im confused I have bad carrier bearings coujld this be causing the knock cruising? Here is my pull tonight I had to do it in 2nd gear due to all the cops around here!!!! I got pulled doing it anyways put the dude was cool and started asking bout the car LOL love dsm's!!!!!

Mod's are fmic, evo3 16g, 680cc, boost gauge, mbc, wideband and I have my boost set at 16 psi and wideband reads rich during all my pulls when I had it reading around 11.5 to 10 it would knock so im really confused any help as always it greatly appreciated.

had to quit this is when i seen blue light's behind me LOL

When I get knock cruising its usually at around 5000 to 6500 rpms and a little at around 4000 and up my tps is usually areound like 60 or something like that never wot.
 
dude bearings can make a lot of problems. You might have knock due to this but if you are getting knock at those times it might be you haven't tuned the car to a spacific point which is why you get knock. your camshafts aren't in the right place, crankshaft, etc. try going through and tuning the hole map again if it isn't to much trouble for you.
