timing is jumping

My timing is jumping. Idle 750 rpm got 5 to 8 at 1500 rpm got 15 to 18 at 5000 rmp got 25 to 29 and when i get off the throtle the timing goes to 40 to 45 for 10 seconds after the timing come to 5 to 8 idle. someone can help. Got -12 in vacum at 750 rpm and -17 at 1200 rpm. Thank you
