My 95 eagle talon esi has over 104K miles on it and i want to replace the timing belt, water pump, etc. myself. I talked to a shop who said they'd do it for like 800 dollars and they said they do it without lifting the engine out. I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with changing their timing belt without lifting the engine out. Do you just pull everything (hoses and throttle stuff) out of the way? It just doesnt seem possibly to do the project without taking the engine out. Thanks for any help in advance.

The motor does not have to be taken out to replace the water pump and timing belt. You will have to remove the motor mount and anything else in the way on that side though. I would suggest picking up a factory service manual before you try this yourself. And if you are not 100% confident in your ability to to it yourself have someone who knows what they're doing do it. The timing belt is not something you want to mess up or you will be spending a lot more than the $800 the shop quoted you.
