I have this squeaky belt noise but all the acc. belts are nice and snug, I checked my timing belt and with the engine cold theres a good amount of play with pushing down on the belt in between the camshaft gears. Time for a new timing belt with pulleys and tensitioners (im at 118000 miles so i know its time for it soon)

There will be some minimal slack in the t-belt becuase after the motor is off some tension is released off the belt, although id you have 118 and never changed it I would do it out of principle. Generally a T-belt doesn't make the squeaky belt noise.

the belt looks in good condition so im sure its been changed before, no signs of wear except for a lil fiber strand poking out on in one spot, thats it. It also feels tighter after i had it out and about and the car is off

Yeah, I don't think a timing belt really squeaks..I know you said you checked, but check all your accessory belts again look at the side that rubs the pulley and make sure they aren't getting chewed up,and maybe put a lil anti squeal spray on them.Another possibility is one of your pulleys, power steering pump or alternator could be loose or on a little crooked. Also it could be your alternator bearings going out causing the squeaking. Don't forget to check both your upper and lower timing belt covers and make sure you don't have a belt rubbing against one of those.
