timing belt kits on ebay

Are kits like this one on ebay worth the money? I can't seem to find any way to even come close to the price of this set w/ a water pump.

I just got a 95 talon tsi awd and want to do this asap as I don't want to risk any damage to the car, but I'm also a cheap bastard.

I say something important as belts.Just go to the store and buy it there.Id rather pay a lil more now then a cheap ass belt jump or snap.but thats my 2 cents.
