2G Ticking on idle and grinding off the gas

I have a ticking when im idling, the sound goes lower when i step on the clutch, as well as that if i go above 3k rpm and let off the gas, i hear a grinding noise. That being said, once i go to the engine bay, i dont hear the ticking but i hear it from the cabin

Some stethoscope work told me it was the hood latch so thats solved
