Idle and take off problems

My 93 eagle talon es builds rpms and drops, its done it around 2000 to 2500 a few times but now it does it at 1000 to 1500 and after it warms up it idles at 500 and sounds like it almost dies but stays running. Whats the problem????

Sounds like your idle control valve has taken a dump on you .

I would check the ISC and also TB shaft seal leaks.
