I can't exactly tell by the video, but does the noise get louder as you rev?

Have you checked your accessory belts for splits or "strands" of broken rubber/thread?

That doesn't sound like an exhaust leak to me.

I looked at belts, and they look fine. It gets faster as I rev, and slightly goes away. It can't be coincidence that I put mani back on and it makes this noise. Was running fine 2 days ago.
 
definitely an exhaust leak. sounds like one of the cylinders has a leaky gasket. grab a graphite or compressible multi-layer gasket.

Funny thing is, I lost the original gasket I had used somehow. No idea where I sat it down at. I found another mani gasket in my garage. I will swap it in the morning to see if it helps.
