MY TIAL WASTEGATE ISNT MAKING ANY NOSIE. LIKE IT IS DUMPED TO THE ATMOSHPERE AND I WENT TO GET ON IT AT 24 PSI AND NOTHING COMING OUT OF IT BUT NO POWER LOSS. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP FIX THGIS PROBLEM. WHEN I TAKE TTHE BOOST CONTROOLER OFF IT READS 10 PSI. SOIM GUESSING IT IS 10 PSI SPRINGS MAYBE 24 IS TOO MUCH FOR THE 10 PSI SPRING?:thumb:

Is it hooked up properly? Did it just stop working overnight? or over a while? Pics may help diagnose a problem. Is the BC set at 24psi? If its not making any noise then it would never open and you would have pretty good amount of power until the engine decides to quit. The way you are describing it, it sounds like you BC may not be working properly. Also the diaphragm in the WG could be busted.

I DONT HAVE ANY PICS RIGHT KNOW BUT. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING ALL SUMMER LONG ND EVERYONCE AND AWHILE I TAKE THE WASTEGATE OFF THEN TO PUT IT BACK ON THEN IT DOES IT. WILL THIS HURT MY CAR. AND IS 24 PSI TO MUCH FOR A 10 PSI WASTEGATE SPRING:thumb:

First off, take the caps lock off and stop yelling. As The-Artist stated, do you have bad boost controler or even have it hooked up properly. The wastegate spring should be no less than half of what psi you are running I do believe so you should be fine with what you are running. You just don't want excessive pressure on a weaker spring becaue it will blow open which is what stiffer springs are for. If it blew open, you would hear it.

When its "not working" how much psi do you see? If its working sometimes but not all the time I'm thinking somthing isn't hooked up properly since you take it off and on frequently.

Do me a favor and hit the "Caps Lock" key. Thanks.
