I have the TiAl Q BOV, and it gets stuck open at idle. It stays closed at first start up. But once I boost for the first time, it blows off fine. But then doesn't want to idle anymore. I have to keep my foot on the gas pedal to keep it from dieing.

I also have the correct spring rate for my vaccum at idle. Which my vaccum is at 24.

Any ideas?

If you still have the receipt for it I would try to send it back and have it replaced and see if that fixes the problem.... Or if one of your friends have a tial on there car borrow it for a minute and see if you still have an issue with it(if you dont your bov is faulty). I do not know if this could effect it or not but make sure your vac line that runs to the bov isn't kinked on something. Thats about all I can help you with good luck.
