thud thud thud sound?

thud thud thud thud and so on is the sound my car is making when not accelerating or braking just immediately letting off the gas and just slowing down. the sound speed varies of course with the speed im at .its enough to send the vibration to the dead pedal(AT)and it comes from the driver and passenger side.anyone heard of a thing or has happened before to anyone. i just got my rims on again 2 days ago then on my ride home tonite it started the thud.axles maybe?i can specify more when im not too tipsy(95 talon nt at)

problem solved forgot to retorque the lugnuts but thanks anyways
