I have a 99 Eclipse GSX 7bolt. I am putting in a 2.3 eagle stroker kit.

thanks is advance

Does the thrust bearing have a locating tang? If it does, just match the tang to the locating slot and you are set.

The locating tang is the little notch in the bearing that matches to the bearing bore. Honestly, I can't remember if the 4g63 thrust bearing has a locating tang or not, so I'm not sure if this will answer your question. Hope it helps though...

So wich way did u put them? Unfortunately I forgot to check that on mine as well and I can't seem to find any information on which way the grooves on the thrust bearings face

I have seen many examples of one peice thrust bearing and they all have the grooves pointing outward so on our 3 peice thrust bearing ima do the same. I think its safe to assume this after seeing countless images of one piece bearings but dont quote me on that. Ima do it anyways :aha::hmm::pray::D
