Throwing multiple codes?

The CEL came on the other day under normal driving conditions (wasnt gettin on it) and today I hooked it up to the scanner and it read 4 codes. P1105 p0110 p0505 p0170. I unplugged the MAF to check the plug and there was some corrosion on the pins. I haven't had time yet to clean it but i was wondering if that would throw those 4 codes. If not what would make it throw 4 codes at once?

All codes except your last one relate to fuel and IAT. The last is air flow. It's likely your MAF is the culprit.
