Today I was driving to town when the CEL came on. I open my logger to check the code and I have 5 of them at once. The car has been running pretty well. I got all these at once:

11 oxygen sensor
25 barometric sensor
13 air temp sensor
14 TPS
21 coolant sensor

WTF?

Sunday morning I tried to drive the car into town it started right up but when I backed out into the road and tried to give it a little gas it tried to die. I tried 3 or 4 times to give it gas but it felt hesitant and as soon as tried to let out the clutch it died. I got it back in my driveway and let it set. I came home a couple hours later and started it up and drove down the road and it seemed to do fine. When I got back I went ahead and pulled the neg battery cable and left it off for about 4 hours. Last night at 10:00 I drove it to work. No CEL's and it ran good. At 3:00 am when I got off I made it about 1 mile down the road and the CEL came back. I pulled the wires out of the end of my logger yesterday so I am waiting on a new cable so I can scan it again. Is my ECU dying?

Kinda sounds like you mas is dying, or dead. Usually it will throw 3 different codes though. The barometric, the air temp and something else.

I went to start my car today and all it would do is crank over. As far as I know the ecu has never had the caps replaced.

Still no start this morning. It has good fuel pressure. When I start cranking I hear one "click" and when I let off the key about 3 or 4 seconds later I hear one more "click" sound. Is this the clicking associated w/ cap failure?

You may be hearing the MPI relay operate. During cranking the starter circuit turns on the fuel pump. Once you turn off the ignition there is a delay before the relay turns the MPI power off.

Does your CEL turn on when you first turn the ignition on and then go off after 5 seconds?
Does the Boost gauge move to zero?
If these don't happen then the ECU isn't running and you'll need to deal with that first. Otherwise start working through the list below.

I took a chance and ordered an ECU. I drove around a couple of hours yesterday and everything seems fine w/ no CEL's. I got it from Motoguy's Garage. They were very helpful and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about DSM's. Thanks for all the input.
