Check Engine Light Codes?

Hey everyone. So as i'm getting ready for my turbo replacement tomorrow, I just thought about my 95 talon's check engine light codes. I figured maybe I could fix some of these while in the process of replacing my turbo, the codes are:

P0141: O2 Heater Circuit (bank 1, sensor 2)
P0125: Insufficient Cooling Temp for Closed Loop Fuel Control.
P0170: Fuel Trim (bank 1)

Since I first used an obd scanner to get these codes, the O2 sensor has been replaced, as well as the thermostat (if that helps anything), and water pump.

I couldn't really find any information on what these problems might be, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Erase them all and run them again when the CEL comes back on, Then tell us what they are.

The car is not running right now and I am in the process of swapping the turbo with complications, cannot pull the codes until I am finished with the turbo, I appreciate your help though, I will try and get the codes again as soon as possible.
