Throwing codes...very confused!

Hey everyone. First off I'd like to introduce myself and my ride. The name is Shane and I just picked up a 99 gsx about a week ago. My mods include an Injen intake, magnaflow exhaust, Turbo Power tubular manifold and o2 housing, Evo 3 16g turbo, Hallman mbc, IC hardpiping, greddy bov, possibly cams (we're not totally sure), fuel rail, 550 injectors, 255 fuel pump, apexi neo, and I'm sure there are a few other things I'm missing. Now on to my question. My CEL came on and I had diagnostics run on it. It threw 3 codes. One of which was a fuel trim (bank 1) which I guess is from the neo. The second one was the idle air control which is probably from going from a 65mm throttle body back to a stock one. And the one that gets me the most is a code that read "random- multiple misfire". The car doesn't seem to be misfiring and my mechanic and I are both stumped as to what could cause that. Has anyone ever run into this before or have any idea what may have caused that code? I'm new to DSM's and have never seen that on any other car before. Thanks in advance.

Does the car have a 6 bolt swap? That could explain the random misfire code.

Nope. It's the factory 7 bolt.

Usually that code comes from a problem with the spark plugs, plug wires, or the coil packs. Check all those and especially make sure the right wires are on the right plugs/cylinders. I would also recommend searching random misfire and I'm sure you'll find lots of other people with this same problem.

The front o2 sensor can cause that? Wow, it true, you really do learn something new everyday haha. I'll have to check it out tomorrow. The car runs just fine with those codes being thrown. Wancsta, I'm in the York County Hanover area.
