Ok I installed my new non cc throttle cable today and it seems loose...I have the bracket as far to right as I can so it tighten the cable...but it doesn't seem very tight...so I start my car it starts fine idle is back to normal around 800-900...so I put it in first and go down the street shifts fine even better than before...but I come to a stop sign so I put it in neutral and it stalls...start it up again next stop sign...same thing...help me please

What do you mean when you come to a stop, it stalls?

Does the RPM's drop drastically than die?

Sounds like you have a vacuum line unplugged. Your throttle cable wouldnt make it stall. iF anything it would make the idle high if it was too tight.
