This is probably a stupid questions but, Why is my throttle body plugs (the black things that plug the vacuum holes) backwards? Every other 1g/2g I see have them facing the passenger side (or left) while mine are facing the drivers side (or right) PIC--->

Looks like a 2G TB to me but the big reason is because every puts the 91-94 TB on.

If your looking for one PM me I want to go back to a 2G TB as long as it still has the FAIV in place.

That is somthing only the previous owner could tell you! What year is the car?

fast way to tell weather its a 1g/2g is weather it has the Idle stop screw or Idle position Switch.

That is a 2g ('95-'97) tb.

Thank you I knew it was!:D

Does that mean I have a 7bolt?

NO Its just a 2G TB, You still have a 1G intake on there. I bet the prevs. owner just took of the 92 TB and sold it or kept it for him self and just slapped that one on to sell it. You might want to pull the tranny just to make sure!

Well in my situation every time I work on my car I find a new disconnected electrical part or a vac line. I have a count of 2 right now that I have no idea where they go. It sucks! I'm waiting to get a hold of my brothers camera.

Lol, yeah they do. If only I had owned the car since it was new. LOL But thats what they call it a project car for. I guess ill find everything out when i pull the motor.
