Theres these 3 nipples labeled P E and A. the P is my boost guage and in mine the E is plugged and A is open, what are E and A for?

You should have the stock FPR on the timing belt end of your fuel rail. Off of that should be a vacuum line running to either the FPS (solenoid mounted on the firewall) or directly to the intake manifold if the previous owner removed it.
If you don't have the stock FPR but instead have an AFPR, there will still be a vacuum line running to it. Again, it'd be on the timing belt end of the engine.
Post a picture of your engine bay if you want and someone will point out where to look.
As for the guide, if you need emissions where you live, you need to follow the picture in post #5. If not, leave it as is.
