[RESOLVED] throtle body nipples help

ok i got my 2g back from the shop after doing a head gasket idled like crap but the iac was bad bought one today when i put it on i noticed that there are 2 nipples under the throtle body that have no hoses does anyone know where they come from what they are used for and if i can just block them off?

should be the FIAV on the bottom of the throttle body, there should 2 coolant lines if i remeber right.

thanks the FIAV part lead me to a post that gave me all the info i couldnt find anything before about the nipples but i got it now
