Throttle Body Leak?

[92 AWD ECLIPSE]

Yesterday I built an intake leak tester because my car has been stuttering alot. And as it turned out there was a leak at the throttle body, so naturally I figured that it was the gaskets( car 80k). Not the case,I replaced the gaskets, torqued it down and still the same hiss noise. And it sounds like it is coming from the butterfly valve, or the part where the throttle cable hooks up. Not sure if it is a bad throttle body or what. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, I tried it and the seals were shot. Hopefully this works, we'll see tomorrow!
