Throttle body flange?

Not sure. I know a couple obvious options though-
Cut the stock flange off.
Convert to the N/T throttle body so you don't need a flange.

If you're planning on using the stock elbow and cutting the flange off it, be aware that it was cast so if you're going to weld it be prepared for some extra work.

I actually made one from a old circular saw blade and a piece of mild steel tubing I cut off the end of one of my dejon intake pipes. used the stock one to make a template and drew it on the sawblade, cut it out with a holesaw, plas-arc and drill bit for the holes. ground the edges down to fit correctly welded it together and painted it. took a few hours but came out really well. Wish I had pics handy.
