I'm having a rough idle, just swapped injectors from 560's to 450's to pass emissions, and try and solve the idle caused from the 560's( idles under 750rpm). it helped a bit but not exactly what i had hoped. Just wondering if there is an idle control screw on the throttle body, or any other way to correct this problem.

Any help would be great thanks!

We need info. You have chipped ecu? Safc? Any tuning device? In order to adjust the biss you have to ground a pin on the firewall near tje wiper motor. It has a rrubber cover on it. Its not recommended to adjust the boss screw without grounding iit out first. And btw the screw is on the throttle body in a little hole. Phillips screwdriver head on it.

no wideband. this is my first dsm, and yeah your right i could have found the biss on my own but didnt want to waste anytime. Im in the process of doing the maintenance work to the car before i put some good money in to it.

Exhaust leaks can cause issues with the O2 sensors which control the A/F ratio. You shouldn't adjust the screw on the throttle body as it's set from the factory at an exact point. Doing so could cause the throttle plate to stick or sit open too far.

Ok thats good info. Didnt take that in to consideration....So just get the exhaust leaks fixed and go from there. thanks guys!:thumb:

If it was idling steady at 750 rpms with the old injectors but now its higher after the 450 injectors were installed could you possible have some leaks at the injector seal in the intake manifold, any extra air after the maf could cause idle issues.

no i still have idle issues after instaling the 450s. it cuts off when idleing for a length of a stop light. thought the 450s would help with the idle and smoke issue but was wrong:( helped with the smoke a bit.... but just found out that my turbo shaft play is f!@#ed, and thats the cause of the excessive smoke out the back.:ohdamn:
