I did a boost leak test and on my throttle body the idle screw is leaking air what should I do to fix this?

, I inherited a car with this problem. The owner removed the screw and put in metal shaving and jb welded it close. I think using an o-ring would be smarter. IT'll take some time to re-adjust yourself, do you have ecmlink? evoscan?
