LOL, I inherited a car with this problem. The owner removed the screw and put in metal shaving and jb welded it close. I think using an o-ring would be smarter. IT'll take some time to re-adjust yourself, do you have ecmlink? evoscan?

I said how to set it in my first post,

But fom the position it's in now, count how many turns until it bottoms out.

Then remove it by turning left, once removed replace o-ring. The insert it and screw and tighten unit I'll it bottoms out,

then count the same number of turns you just counted as you back it out.

Then turn your car on and adjust if needed. I did this twice and no adjusting needed.

Hope this helps :thumb:

It might get stuck at the top when trying to remove it what i did what put a safety pin into the screw driver slot and pop it out. Once you get it out just pull off the old one and walk the new one on. You can get the oring at Lowes or Home depot for 2 or 3 bucks. Its a #5 oring. Fixed my boost leak.
