Threaded nipple/bleeder?

Saw this in my engine bay as I'm closing in on getting my car on the road and was curious what is supposed to go here. It's the silver threaded nipple right under the corner of the valve cover. Any ideas?

Looks like an AN fitting for an oil feed to a turbo.

Curious if somebody actually retapped that hole or just shoved an NPT in it and sent it. As it sits its a big leak.

Well that's good then...is there usually a feed there or is that usually capped off with something?
I have my turbo being fed from my OFH so I don't need that, unless it would be better to feed it from there.
What would be the smartest way to address that?

Thats the 1g feed location. Its usually capped but now you have non stock threads. Put a AN cap on it
