HELP possible cross threaded head

ok this is just rediculious anyways i was going to do a compression test on my car and i take spark plugs out etc twist the compression tester into the spark plug hole and do it on that cylinder try to take it out and its stuck and wont come out so i wait 30 mins go back out and now the compression tester is just spinning in the threads it seems like i cross threaded or sumthing idk does any one have any tips to at least get the tester out of the spark plug threads

nope didnt work i think the compression tester failed and the fitting on the compression tester came loose or sumthing because i really dont think i can strip a spark plug threads by hand but idk
