What is the best method of removing a cross threaded bolt? The head of the bolt is fine but when i try taking the bolt out it just spins freely in the threads.

no thank god. One of the bolts that holds the air box in place 
, yeah i was thinking about just pulling the crap out of it but thought there would be a civil method to it
Problem is i dont have any air tools nor cutting tools to cut with. I'll spend more time with it tommorow and see what i cant do, but people still chime in for me.The nut welded on the bottom of the hole's probably popped loose.
