I plan on using this to input to my AEM. can I ditch the OEM one all together and use the Bung for the stock one to place the probe for the Innovate?

Thoughts on this?

So do I just leave the OEM one there to plug the hole or should I remove it and plug the hole with something else?

Or should I use both O2 sensors (Wideband and OEM)?

Use both. The stock o2 is needed for closed loop fuel control, of course the wb for tuning.

The stock one is not needed, the lm-1 and lc-1 can output a narrowband signal.

My wideband 02 is just infront of the transfer case and I have a copper heatsink on it. I just left my stock o2 in place, although you could probably just get a plug for it.

Oops, I meant to say 'stock is used for closed loop'. The only reason I suggested using both is so he would not have to hack into the wires any more than he has to. And he will still have to bung the dp.

I run both right now. I will may get rid of the stock 02 later, but now its there. Here is a pic of where my WB 02 bung is. I have Innovate LM-1.

Well, if you have an AEM, a wideband is NOT optional and you definitely do NOT want to be using a narrowband for tuning as its a lost cause. Positioning the sensor is key as you want it to be a certain angle and a certain amount away from the turbo.

On a side note, I've had my innovative wideband for over a year in the stock location and still works just fine buy your milage may vary :)
