I am trying to get my Thermal Cat-back to fit properly. I have a 92 Talon turbo FWD. I can't for the life of me to get it to line up where the muffler meets the bumper. If you are looking at it from the rear, the tip sits WAY to the left of the spot on the bumper where its supposed to come out. I don't know if you have to alter some of the mounting brackets or what, but I'm stumped. Also, pics would be of great appreciation! Thanks a lot guys.

Just got off the phone with Thermal. They sent me the wrong exhaust. No wonder it doesn't fit. Now guess who gets to pay shipping both ways from Michigan to California? Me = Not Happy.

Well it better not be you paying for it. Its their mistake.

The way its looking is they want me to pay for shipping both ways due to it being "my fault." I'd like to know how it's my fault when the invoice I have says Thermal R&D 3" Cat-back 92-94 Eclipse/Talon FWD Turbo. They sent me the exhaust for 90-91 same car. The hangers and the angle it comes over the axle are different. I don't exactly see how that is my fault but I am waiting for the return phone call and they are going to let me know what to do. I'll keep it posted.

i wouldn't pay a dime for shipping. they sent you the wrong exhaust.. its not like you told them you have a 90 when you really have a 92

WORD! :thumb:

Just see if you can take it to a muffler shop and have them rework it... make sure they agree to pick up the bill though.

Don't be a punk especially if they made the mistake make them take car of it.

I don't think the pipe coming off of the muffler is long enough. It needs to be longer and at more of an angle. It would have to be cut and added onto to fit properly. They said Mitsubishi changed the hangers for the muffler from 91 to 92.

That right there says they should pay for all shipping fees.
