Well, sort-of.

Got to work on the Talon again today... and was able to get quite a few things back together. It's nice to finially start seeing this 5000-piece jigsaw puzzle starting to look like something.

The engine was assembled; and the transmission was bolted back up. Also installed the intake and a few accessories. Continued on the wiring nightmare. I REALLY should have labeled that harness. I've probably said that a few times now.

Also started on the intstalation of the new/used black trim pieces.

And... the hood makes a good workbench. Too bad it's all got to me moved now to get the drivetrain back in.

Damn, looks like you could use a bigger garage! The black interior should be nice when its all done. I have similar plans for my 95 as well. Keep up the good work

Although it's still in a millions pieces it appears to be coming together nicely. As it really begins to come back together you will be very proud of it. As of a week ago my front end was ENTIRELY bare, not a single bolt, line, harness or anything was on the car (I was painting the engine bay). And my interior was stripped of everything right up to and including the dash, so I understand the magnitude of your project there. If you have any questions of where a plug for that harness goes, particularly interior, I can probably help, I have been digging around under the dash a lot lately.

HOLY CRAP! 'ive done some pretty crazy stuff to my dsm's before but this by far beats me. by the looks of it your doing a good job though. make sure to keep some aspirin with you. in the end when everything is back in your car, you can look back and say WOW i cant believe i did ALLLLL this! Keep up the good work!

.. believe me... didn't WANT to tear it down as far as it was; but the previous owner hacked it up so bad that it was really the only option.

I'm much happier with it now. Even though its been a nightmare, I'm happy with the decision to take things slow and get fix it right.

Thats a good thing that you have patience. i didnt when i was ripping off my dash board and doing a wire tuck. i got so impatient with it. i start just ripping everything out and got so fustrated. i wanted to kill it but in the end though after some blood sweat n tears, it was all worth it until i warped my head atleast.
