Tim, im going through car hell right now :D I dont think i'll have things goin by this weekend. We could still probably meet up tho, I know parker (drifftit) does - he just got his car somewhat tuned.... and maybe you could help out with a few things. Heh. And shit... I'd love to see the GSX convert. Puls, you down?

Coil Pack went out. This is the first real problem Ive had with my 2g. Im going to order the new pack tomarrow and put it in this weekend.

Great.. wtf are we suppost to do now. Main gas line to reno is broke. Better fill up while its still here.
 
The truck has a half tank and my talon does too. Im going to just stick it out. Any idea on how long this will last?
 
bah i have my moms Discovery and it eats gaaaaaas =( she woke me up this morning at 7am to share the news >_< Yeah i guess the stations close at like noon. she told me she wants me to fill it up OMG maybe i just wont drive anywhere today.
 
Holly shit V8's suck. I drove our truck yesterday and used a quarter tank of gas.

I want your guys opinions on this. As some of you know I am looking at getting a galant vr4 when my car sells. I have three galants that Im looking at getting right now. One is in reno. He wants to trade cars and give me $800. Im considering it. The second one is in Bakersfeild. It has a new tranny from TRE and a new Cyclone motor. That trade is straight across. The third one is a damaged galant out of San Jose. It runs, but the left side of the car is pretty scrapped up because he hit a guard rail. The frame isnt bent though. Hes asking $1,500. The guy from reno (Dave) hasnt been returning my calls so Im not really sure how interested he is. The car in Bakersfeild isnt done getting the new motor yet. I just want you hear your guys opinons.
 
Nick I saw your car at the college today. It looks ####ing awesome as usual. I went to check out the campus and get some pricing. Are you going there next year?
 
Yeah i am probably going to go there next year. Theres also a guy named Jonas who has a Black spider gst with altezzas and Georga license plate. Heh so you were checkin out the campus.. its pretty cool. The library is suppost to be open for next year. Anyways.. my turbo is sitting in the front seat. :D cant wait to get it in. let me know when you got some free time =)
 
Yea I saw both the cars there. Next year there should be a galant in that parking lot too :thumb: So what all came with your turbo?
 
Heh nice. Um.. J-pipe, 90 pipe, oil line, gaskets, ummm i think just about everything we are going to need. I still need to stop by the dealership and get a new return line. So yeah, thats bout it. Ive been trying to find a T connector for my gauges. dont have them hooked up yet. Heh i am at work right now, restaruant is slooowwwww. =(
 
We can get you a connector down here in Carson, no biggy. What kind of guage mount did you end up getting? The only thing that we *might* want to replace are the turbo to manifold bolts. I replaced them on mine but mine is alot older and beat to hell than yours. Ahh I hear BOV's, the crew is here.

The In dash Gauge bezel. Just the boost and oil pressure gauges. Sweet, i'll give you a call tomorrow. Yeah i dont know how bad my turbo to manifold bolts are. Should be in good condition though. Alright back to work
 
Im looking at Sierra Nevada. Ryan you go to UNR right? Do you have any idea how much a year costs between tuition and housing?

Yeah, I go to UNR. If you get the Milleny school is fairly cheep. If not, expect to pay around ~$2500 per semester for classes (it matters how many you take ofcourse - I take 15 credits) and about ~$500 for books. Housing could cost anywhere to ~$4,000 per year (I think) but you get free food and whatnot.
 
Sierra is $27,000 for a full year. Thats classes, books, housing, board, everything. Im going to apply next week.

Nick- Im thinking Saturday for the turbo install. If everything goes smoothly your car should be done in under 2 hours. When are you available?
 
any time saturday morning. How about around 11. or noon. I have work @5 so i wanna make sure we have enough time to put it in and play =)
