Over on the link forums someone in the ER camp mentioned that Jeff very recently ran a 7.58 with no nitrous, and he blew the HG in the middle of the run, shutting it down at the 1000' mark and coasted to a 7.58 run @ 160ish mph. 100% on boost, no spray.


I'd say this is going to be an epic racing season between these two.

The damage was catastrophic . Yeah he ran a good time but at the cost of pushing his set up beyond its limits. Could have , should have and would have is all wishful thinking. Shep record lasted almost 10 yrs I expect red demon record to last for a while until he breaks it again. And just think if he does decide to , just for the heck of it , run just a 50 shot that just may put him just inside the 6 sec mark. I am a fan of red demon because I have followed the car and I love that boostin performance haven't given much thoughts to what the haters and competition says. When they lock that door at the shop to work on red demon mad scientist stuff happens and leave all else to wonder until that joker hit the track and lay it down. I remember when red demon politely ask a group o muscle car guys if they could participate in an all v8 king of the streets.

A lot of those guys laughed and said why of course. That 4 cylinder humbled all those haters and took first place without breaking a sweet. I remember when they went to the 1/2 mile and took world fastest 4 cylinder the haters had nothing to say. Keep up the good work Boostin Performance I love your , build the car your way and not follow the cookie cutter concept this is what has inspired me over the years to do the same with results!!

What you think? I am just saying I don't run those times I wouldn't know. And since he's the only dsm running that time that's a question you should ask Boostin Performance only they would know. I do know this he is on the brink of another record 200mph in his frame that's going to be awesome.
